Production Information

We strive to accurately display colours and provide precise descriptions of the products shown on our website. However, please note that the actual product you receive may differ slightly in colour or character than seen on your monitor as there may exist colour and clarity difference between one computer to another.

Conditions of Use

As with all small objects, never leave a young child unattended while using our products. The components of the products we sell are small and have parts that can be removed. This could potentially become a choking hazard for children. We also recommend that you remove your goods before naptime or bedtime. We accepts no liability for misuse of supervision while using our products. Please use our products at your own risk.

Privacy Policy

We recognise the trust you are placing in us through your dealings with us. We do everything we can to maintain that trust. Our staff are employed on the basis that they will protect information about you. This is our personal standard. Under law, your rights to privacy are also protected. The National Privacy Principles, the Privacy Act and general law place strict requirements on us to treat certain information collected as confidential.

Payment

We accept payment via Credit card and direct deposit. Credit card payments are made using PayPal which is a secure, accurate and reliable service. 

Currency

All prices are shown in Australian dollars.

Returns

You can return any item within 14 days of purchase date for a refund, only if the item returned must is in original new condition at purchase (including packaging).  The goods are your responsibility until it reaches our office so please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the item.  Any related shipping costs will not be refunded.
